We want you and your little one to be completely comfortable in your Moby Wrap, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unwashed condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to help you find the perfect fit or process a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the unwashed, unworn Moby Wrap in its original packaging, ensuring all instruction manuals and tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
